A leading technology development company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team. Pursuing an aggressive global expansion, the Senior Legal counsel will help to gear the company towards these new goals.

The role

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements
• Manage compliance related matters
• Establish standard terms, template agreements and legal processes
• Provide legal advice to business units

What candidates must possess

• Minimum 6 years of PQE
• Experience with IT and IP
• Experience with M&A is a plus
