Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
•    To assist and support Group Chairman in respect of corporate matters.

•    To manage all correspondence and documents including verifying all secretarial and legal documentations prior to Chairman’s signature.

•    To provide administrative support to Group Chairman office.


REQUIREMENTS:
•    Qualifications: Candidate must possess ICSA or Bachelor in Law Degree (LLB).
•    Minimum 5 years’ experiences as PA to top management.
•    An excellent command of oral and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
•    Solid multi-tasking and organization skills.
•    Able to work within tight schedules.
