Legal Counsel | 5-8 years | Securities | Hong Kong

A well-known Chinese based Banking/ Financial organization is currently expanding their legal team and is hiring for a Legal Counsel with min 5 years of experience.

This role will requires you to be familiar and have experience in private equity fund and investment banking business and credit matters.

Requirements:

• Qualified HK solicitor with at least 5 years’ experience in Chinese based Financial Institutions
• PRC exposure and experienced in SFC Type 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9 business will be a plus
• has SFC full license experiences ideally from a full license securities firm
