Our client is a leading global technology company looking for a Legal Counsel to join their legal team.

Job Description

• Advise on and support operational and corporate functions of the organization in all areas of the law (commercial, competition, corporate, employment, IP, etc.)
• Draft, negotiate and review commercial agreements

Requirements

• Minimum 6-8 PQE with in-house experience in the areas of general corporate and commercial matters.
• Commercially minded and result-driven, able to work in fast-paced environment
