The role

• Drafting, negotiation and review of a wide range of contracts
• Handling M&A and fund management matters
• Establishing and improving processes, templates, standards and governance
• Supporting General Counsel in legal and organizational tasks

What candidates must possess

• 4-7 years of PQE
• Experience in contract drafting and corporate law
• Experience in M&A and fund management
