• Working with business stakeholders to render legal advice and assess legal implications and potential risks
• Reviewing corporate and commercial contracts
• Marking up commercial contracts against lawyers' guidelines and instructions
• Renewal of trademarks and patents

What candidates must possess

• 3-6 PQE
• Called to the Singapore bar
