The role

• Working with senior management to establish and execute policies and actions
• Drafting of regulatory instruments
• Providing, drafting, reviewing and sound legal advice
• Drafting, vetting and advising on corporate and contractual matters

What candidates must possess

• At least 3 PQE
• Called to the Singapore Bar
