Our client in the financial industry is sourcing for Senior Executive, Company Secretarial with 4 to 5 years of experience.


  • Attend meeting(s) and prepare the minutes of meetings within turnaround time

  • Handle circulation and distribution of meeting minutes to all relevant parties

  • Support in preparing/compiling Board and Management meeting papers and other reports as and when necessary.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with the relevant Statutes, Rules & regulations, Memorandum & Articles of Association, Policies and Procedures applicable to Secretarial.

  • Conduct statutory and regulatory filings (periodic and otherwise) for the Company is done correctly and in timely manner and ensure that the statutory registers, minute books and common seal of the Company are kept properly and duly updated.

  • Maintain and update Board Committee and Management Committees Terms of Reference (“TOR”) and provide advice to relevant staff

  • Prepare all meeting requirements and set-up meetings between departments and external/internal parties/stakeholders when required in an efficient manner.

  • Collaborate and support other department/division in ensuring smooth and proper management and administration of secretarial matters by performing the necessary secretarial function.



  • Must have ICSA or pursuing ICSA certification

  • Excellent writing skills in English

  • Preferably overseas graduate

  • Able work under pressure
