Job Description:

  • Plan, develop, and implement policy, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, initiative, programs and courses related to integrity, especially related to Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy.
  • Ensure a strong corporate governance culture is in place and support any corporate governance initiatives including the development and review of policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the Bank carries out its statutory obligations and its interests are protected.
  • Maintain Corruption Risk Registers for the Bank.
  • Act as a liaison officer and establish good relationships with various authorities.
  • Champion / lead the corruption prevention initiatives promoted by the Malaysian Anti- Corruption Commission (MACC) and Malaysian government.
  • Act as an integrity owner and any sign-off on integrity matters.
  • Perform any other duties and responsbilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

 

Requirements:

  • Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO) is a MUST
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in governance, working experience in financial institution is an added advantage.
