Job Description
Our client is a conglomerate who is looking to hire an Ethics and Compliance manager with minimum 10 years of experience.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct policy and procedure reviews and updates ensuring clarity and adoption of best practices.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance training programs for employees.
  • Advise all levels of employees and management with respect to ethics and compliance issues.
  • Draft, negotiate, advise and approve contracts and agreements with health care professionals to ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and audit compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Conduct investigations of alleged misconduct and violations of policies, ensuring consistent processing, treatment and disposition.
  • Manage due diligence process for relationships with distributors and other third parties.
  • Administrative functions.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law, Economics, Finance/Accountancy, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the legal, compliance, audit or finance.
  • Open to all industries except banking or financial services.
  • Possess experiences ideally from both firm and in-house positions.
  • Experience counselling on ethics and compliance issues.
  • Knowledge of and experience with healthcare regulations, including regional codes of conduct on interactions with health care professionals, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Anti-Bribery Act and other related laws, rules and regulations.
  • Must have high integrity, ethics and strong values.
