Derivative Lawyer | 4 – 8 PQE | Investment | Singapore #LCL

Our client is a global asset manager with a keen focus and a strong presence in Asia. They seek a derivatives lawyer whose responsibilities would be to draft, review and negotiate legal documentation, including ISDA master agreements, handle FX work, and review regulations relating to derivative usage for APAC. Beyond that, they should also be open to learning other things. The individual will also advise businesses and liaise with various internal departments on regulation as well as document management and internal systems process work. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law, have a strong ability to understand and implement a complex body of law, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate contracts and resolve disagreements.
