Our client in the Properties Industry is looking to hire a Corporate Secretarial Manager with at least 8 years of working experience.
  • Fast and accurate performance and delivery of company secretarial duties and provision of good advice.
  • Work closely with Head of Department to project and plan out applicable group compliance and governance agenda of the Board.
  • Keep projects in line with reporting compliances that are in-effect.
  • Notify all relevant parties on the proper execution and completion of statutory returns, public announcements and relevant corporate disclosure.
  • Plan and assign statutory audits.
  • Perform duties assigned by Head of Department of the Company Secretariat Department
  • At least 8 years of experience in handling corporate secretarial work.
  • Exposure in commercial banking/public listed companies
  • ICSA Qualified
  • A member of MAICSA
