      Assisted by marketing consultants, you will play a lead role in handling client development and new business development through cold-calling, market research, networking. A majority of your time will also be involved in the search for suitable candidates, which includes their identification, assessment and presentation against client requirements.

      You should possess a degree in ANY discipline ideally with at least 1 year of working experience. Experience as an Executive Search Consultant is not a must, nor is a legal background. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Applicants with a strong record in sports or other co-curricular/extra-curricular activities will have a significant advantage.

      You must be resourceful, highly self-motivated, have a 'never-give-up' attitude and be able to work well under pressure. Our ideal applicant will likely be several of the following: confident, dynamic, creative, persistent, and possess a natural flair to engage and deal with senior professionals.

      Outstanding consultants can look forward to relocating to work in our regional offices within their first year of work commencement.

      Applicants MUST be able to speak fluent English and Cantonese. Mandarin ability will be a bonus.

      You should possess a degree in ANY discipline ideally with at least 1 year of working experience. Experience as an Executive Search Consultant is not a must, nor is a legal background.
