"Being a recruitment consultant in Recruit Legal Group is my very first job.

As a fresh graduate with 5 years of economic and financial education background, I did not have any knowledge, not even a single idea, about the legal or human resources field. What I did know was that I enjoyed meeting new people and had a passion for interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Meanwhile, I wanted a job which can help me improve my communication and people skills. Thus, when the opportunity came, I chose and accepted the job offer from Recruit Legal. This is no doubt an important turning point for me.

The People business is one of the most challenging and valuable jobs in the market. By putting consistent efforts into the job and through shared-experiences with clients and candidates, I learned to think from different perspectives and be more flexible when dealing with people.

Another important gain is the strong network that I built up with my clients and candidates. The deep connections I have developed with quite a number of outstanding talents will certainly last and benefit my whole life.
